1. Indicators and representative curves for the study of action potentials of papillary muscles and Purkinje fibers in animals (rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs):
Action potential amplitude, resting potential, duration at 50% repolarization level, and duration at 90% repolarization level.
This figure illustrates the representative curve of the action potential effect of Quinidine on rat papillary muscles.

This technology is mainly used for studying the cardiac safety of drugs and conducting supplementary analysis on whether drugs have arrhythmogenic cardiac toxicity. The research focuses on the action potentials of myocardial tissue, papillary muscles, Purkinje fibers, sinoatrial nodes, and atrioventricular nodes.
